VET ASSISTANTS & CLINIC ATTENDANTS

Kayden has worked here since August 2008. She is 16yrs old and currently goes to PGSS. Kayden has lived with her older sister, Kelly-Anne, since she was only 9. She lives in the country with her horse Bono and 2 other horses . She also has 2 dogs, Taggart & Sugar and a ferret named Tork.

Horseback riding is one of her favorite things to do, along with being outside, listening to country music & occasionally playing hackysack. Once in awhile Kayden does yoga. She likes visiting with friends, loves jeans and jean shopping. Her biggest passion is animals and when she finishes school, she’d like to have a full time career involving them.

Jena joined us in October 2010. She graduated from the Centre for Arts & Technology in Kelowna with a Veterinary Hospital Assistant Certificate. She has two dogs, Maxwell and Bella; two cats, Crush and Mittens and a Beta fish named Norman.

Jena loves working with all types of animals. During her spare time she enjoys long walks with her dogs, baking, movies and traveling. She also likes spending time outdoors whether it be camping, sitting around the fire with family and friends or watching the races at the local drag strip.

Rebecca R: Clinic Attendant

Rebecca volunteered for MVC for 8 months before being hired in October ‘11. She is 18yrs old and part of the 2012 PGSS graduating class. She will be continuing her education at CNC.

Rebecca enjoys dirt biking and showing cattle. She has two red angus cows “Miya” and “JJ,” which take up a lot of her spare time. Her dream is to have a ranch of her own one day.
