Lost & Found Animals

We’ve added this section in order to help our clients and community members search for pets that have been either lost by their loving families or found by another caring family. Please contact us if you are able to help reunite these families with their beloved pets! We do not post any personal information on this page for confidentiality reasons. If you have lost or found a pet and wish to post your phone number, please email us at main@murdochvet.com. We try to keep this list as up-to-date as possible so if you have been reunited with your pet but s/he is still listed below, please give the clinic a quick phone call and we can remove the listing. All listings will be removed after a 2 month period unless updated by contacting the clinic. Thank you for visiting this page.

FOOD RECALL ALERT: Diamond Pet Foods announced on May 5th that they would be recalling ELEVEN brands of dry pet foods due to a possible Salmonella contamination:

Chicken Soup for the Pet Lover’s Soul, Country Value, Diamond, Diamond Naturals, Premium Edge, Professional, 4Health, Taste of the Wild, Canidae, Natural Balance and several Kirkland Signature formulations.

January 21st 2013: “Mystic” 4 month old Sharpei, female, fawn with white on chest. Missing from 10th and Central St.

January 26th 2013: “Snicklefritz” grey/white longer hair, 3 yr old male cat, Tattoo: 100 ABGZ, missing from S. Kelly Rd. (Reward offered)

March 27th 2013: Black/Silver/Brown suspect Neutered Male Tabby cat, Found North Nechako, tattoo

December 10th 2012: Female, grey, domestic long hair adult cat (approx. 1-2 years of age) Found North Blackburn Rd. Very sweet, illegible tattoo

December 17th 2012: “Dakota” Female, fawn and white Boxer, older dog. Missing from Pooley Road in Pineview area.
